Dandelion Communitea Cafe is a casual cafe serving up healthy, organic vegetarian fare and premium organic loose leaf tea in the heart of Orlando. More than just a cafe, Dandelion is a gathering place for everyone in the community with regular live music, art opening’s, poetry and other special events to keep the love groovin’ right along.

Homegrown Local Food Cooperative connects Central Florida farmers to families through an online farmers' market, weekly pick ups, and home delivery.  The Co-op offers locally and sustainably produced food products including vegetables, fruit, bread, dairy, eggs, meat, fresh and dried herbs, prepared food, and much more.

A welcoming tea house situated in the heart of College Park, offering healthy, vegetarian selections, fine teas, sweet treats, and real community.

Lake Meadow Naturals is the home of a variety of Heritage breed of chickens and ducks that lay brown eggs in various shades, white and green. Included in our collection are: Black Astralorps, Rhode Island Reds, Buff Orpingtons, Araucana (the Easter Egg Chicken) Pheonix, Turkens, Wyandottes, Jersey Giants, which are considered to be rare and unusual breeds. Our Cage Free, Free Range, Free Roaming and Locally produced eggs are from Happy hens who have access to grass and sunshine and fresh air on Lake Meadow right outside Orlando, Florida. Our chickens eat only wholesome grains that include Corn, soybeans, wheat, millet, and various multi grains, oyster shells and all the fresh well water they want. There are NO Growth Hormones, Antibiotics, or Chemicals around or given to our Happy hens. We also have Duck eggs and have more ducks and new chickens growing to keep up with the demand of our loyal customers.

Our goal and mission is to help others realize the ability to grow their own food.  My Yard Farm is a partnership of two local Orlando families who desire to further the concept of Urban Farming. We offer: Edible Landscape design Edible Landscape Installation Organic Landscape Service and Maintenance Rainwater Harvesting and Irrigation Consulting Services Workshops and Education Local Ourlando Grower  

Simple Living Institute, Inc. was started in 2002 by a group of Central Floridians wanted to create a stronger community that valued the environment, personal health, and had a vision for a more self-sufficient lifestyle. Our first brainstorming session was held on a blanket at Langford Park in downtown Orlando. Shortly after bringing our ideas together, we incorporated the Simple Living Institute, Inc. as a nonprofit organization and applied for 501c3 exempt status from the IRS.
